What do we do?

We continually source quality book related products to complement your book collection.
New products are regularly added to our range. Suggestions are welcome.
We want our products to delight you. If you are not satisfied please let us know and we will make it right.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. We also accept payment by cheque, money order or electronic funds transfer. Complete our contact form with your request and we will contact you to confirm payment and delivery.

All prices include gst. We are able to send anywhere within Australia, orders from outside of Australia will incur additional postage costs. We are unable to send some of the larger items internationally. Orders are usually mailed within  2- 3 business days. All items are sent via Australia Post.

To reduce our environmental impact we pack our items whenever possible, in recycled packaging and boxes. Our office also uses 100% green power.

Location

We are primarily an online business but sometimes it is great to see the products and meet the people who provide them, thus if you live in Melbourne or Geelong area we can arrange to visit your schools and libraries with a range of our literary gifts. We are also at Clunes,Victoria for the Back to Booktown weekend in early May.  

The Reader's Niche office is based in Ivanhoe, Melbourne, Australia. Reader's Niche (ABN 82096091244) is a division of Red Mosaic Pty Ltd. If you live within 6 kms of Ivanhoe we maybe able to offer a discount on postage and handling, just use the contact form and we will email or ring you to discuss.

Who Are We?

Reader's Niche was started by Pam Saunders, an avid reader, bookshop and library addict. Pam has previously worked as a teacher, librarian, bookseller and sometimes is even a domestic diva.  She is supported by a small team who are all readers too.

Other Services

If you belong to a book group we are happy to send you some of our Reader's Niche bookmarks, just use the contact us page to let us know how many you require, your name and mailing address. Alternatively if you are based in Melbourne we could discuss visiting your book group, school or library with a small selection of our items and an experienced book chat speaker. We would love to discuss this with you further. 

We are happy to offer free gift wrapping of most items. Just let us know in the notes section when you order.

Privacy

We recognise the importance of privacy protection. The information we receive about you will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be sold to any third parties.

Customers will be automatically added to our enewsletter but may of course unsubscribe at any time.
